Birchwood Lakes Colony Club is incorporated in the state of New Jersey as a tax exempt 501 (c) (4) charitable organization. Common areas within the Birchwood Lakes Colony are owned by The Club, not by individual homeowners. Membership in The Club is limited to owners of property within the Birchwood Lakes area. The operation of the club is governed as outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws of the Birchwood Lakes Colony Club.
